Welcome to Wellness Pay. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided:

Wellness Pay enables merchants to accept HSA/FSA payments by generating and managing Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) and ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines.

2. Eligibility:

Our services are available only to registered businesses selling eligible health and wellness products or services. All users must comply with applicable HSA/FSA regulations.

3. Merchant Responsibilities:

Merchants must ensure the accuracy of product listings and that eligible items comply with HSA/FSA guidelines. WellnessPay is not liable for incorrect item classification or merchant misrepresentation.

4. Fees & Payments:

Wellness Pay may charge processing fees or subscription fees as disclosed at the time of sign-up. All fees are subject to change with notice.

5. Compliance & LMNs:

Wellness Pay partners with licensed medical providers to review and approve all LMNs in accordance with IRS regulations. We reserve the right to deny service if eligibility cannot be verified.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Wellness Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Service is provided “as is.”

7. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
